I started in the engine room — five years of VoIP switches, SIP trunks, and automations that had to hold at 99%+ uptime for people who never knew my name.

Now I sit at both ends of the table: architecting RSN One's platform in code and running the 12-person, three-country founding team that ships it.

Code and companies fail the same way — at the seams — so I build both to hold.

Challenge: Bring luxury imported goods to Nepal's high-net-worth consumers — with a platform, a supply chain, and a team that did not exist yet.

Build

  • Architected the platform on Next.js, Node.js, and PostgreSQL — storefront, vendor console, admin console, order & inventory services.
  • Integrated payments across eSewa, Khalti, and international cards; wired cross-border logistics partners into the order flow.
  • Concept to active development in 8 weeks.

  • Lead a 12-member founding team across India, Nepal, and China — roadmap, sprints, hiring, release management.
  • Own vendor onboarding: a 40+ premium-brand pipeline feeding a 5,000+ SKU opening catalog.
